• Account information: Business name, email address, and GoHighLevel location ID when you sign up
• Billing information: Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card details
• Business configuration: Services, service area, hours, FAQs, and phone numbers you provide to configure your AI chatbot
• Contact data: When your customers interact with the AI, their messages are processed to generate replies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the DartChat Service
• Generate AI-powered SMS replies on your behalf
• Process billing and manage your subscription
• Send you service-related communications (account updates, invoices)
• Respond to your support requests

3. SMS and Messaging Data

DartChat processes inbound SMS messages from your customers to generate automated replies. Message content is used solely to generate responses and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. We retain message logs for troubleshooting and service improvement purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Service, including:

• Anthropic — AI response generation (Claude API)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Railway — infrastructure hosting
• GoHighLevel — CRM platform integration

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting, then deleted upon request.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for your accounts.
